Best burger I’ve ever made. Sweet Pickled Jalapeños and onions mixed into the Pork/ground Chuck mix. Topped with Tillamook Cheddar and Xtreme Hot Dill pickles on a split top browned buttered bun. Dayum.
Secret Menu Item - Ace of Spades @ Torchy’s. Jalapeño Sausage and Brisket taco topped with a fried egg and loads of spicy sauce, sour cream and cilantro. Dayum!
Torchy’s Trailer Park Taco - “Hillbilly” Style. Fried Chicken with green chilies and queso. If you order from the “secret menu” you ask for it Hillbilly. They add chorizo and bacon, more cheese and pico.
You can also order the Trailer Park taco “extra trashy” where they take off all the veggies and add more queso. Nom.
